Called on Monday, they got all my information and after that no one every contacted me, called the front desk again after 4 days and she told me she can’t do anything, you just have to wait.

Michael, the CEO, was truly on top of helping us get our settlement check, but we missed seeing it the mail, and got buried in our old mail box for shredding for five years! I was really skeptical about this settlement because I’ve never had anyone contact me about a settlement for a car I didn’t even have anymore due to it being totaled in an accident. However, these guys were legit and the check was real. My financial institution help the check for 7 days and once the days were up the check was cleared. Nissan CVT transmission: The Consumer Legal Remedies, APC, did an excellent job. They were transparent and kept me informed about every step they've taken in the case of the Nissan CVT transmission. I signed up with this firm not really expecting to receive much if anything. Then the follow-up e-mails started looking like there might be something good coming. The suit was funded and then we were told checks were in the mail. I waited, checked my informed mail and no check. Finally I contacted Michael Resnick’s office to inquire about my check. Michael confirmed that a check had been sent to me, giving me the check number, amount and date sent. Since I had not received my check, Michael went the extra mile and stopped payment on the check and made a Zelle deposit into my bank account. This is customer service to the max. Thank you Michael.

I received a check from them. Two days after the check was deposited the bank returned funds to sender. I have been in communication with Michael Resnick but sadly this issue isn't resolved.

I received a call from Stern Law office, for several weeks I ignored the calls. Then when I answered they told me I qualified for a settlement. I said “yeah right”. Okay what do you need from me. I again kept procrastinating on submitting the information, but the firm stayed persistent. Long story short, I followed through and yesterday I received a settlement check ……wait for it……for $3,100…yes you read that right, three thousand one hundred dollars. so if you hear from Stern Law office…..just know it’s the real deal!!!
